Its formula increases skin cell turnover from the standard 8 weeks to 72 hours, revealing new skin in 3 - 7 days.

If you are currently using intensive acne treatment i.e. accutane please seek advice beforehand.

Avoid using ‘active skincare’ products e.g. Retinol, Tretinoin, AHA/BHAs, for 14 days pre procedure.

Avoid Laser Hair Removal, Waxing or depilatory creams, Electrolysis, Microdermabrasion 14 days prior

Clients who have recently had any medical aesthetic facial treatments or procedures (laser, microdermabrasion, etc) should wait until all sensitivity has subsided and recovery has occurred- normally 2-4 weeks.

This is dependent on the client’s skin type, skin issues and the depth of the hyperpigmentation. We recommend 4-6 sessions for a complete skin renewal, with each process improving the skin tone and texture.

We recommend once every 4-6 weeks according to your skin specialist advice. Please always follow your practitioner guidance for the best results.

You should experience minimal to mild discomfort as the micro-fibres of the blue algae peeling powder to penetrate deep into the skin.

There is no downtime of the Blue Algae Peel, you can head straight back to work. However please avoid the sun and use sunscreen as your skin will be sensitive.

It is normal to experience mild stinging and itchiness for the first 3 days as your skin top layer has be slightly be disrupted to begin the skin cell renewal process. You skin will be very sensitive.

Please use skin barrier repair products which contain humectants, emollients and occlusives to instantly repair and rebuild the skin barrier. Always use 50+ spf from day of the peel.

The entire shedding process will take 3-7 days, afterward you will notice brighter skin with a smoother texture. By day 7 your skin should be completely renewed.
